Wow, page 30! This is where it dawns on me this comic may be longer than I expected it to be. That's fine. That's OK. I didn't bite off more than I can chew here...all good.
I 've been speeding through pages of this comic this last week. In part because my animation stuff has moved into the more technical, tedious part of the process. And so now, at the moment, this is my main artistic outlet.
I was talking to someone a few days ago, who was asking about my creative process and how I motivate myself for projects. I told them my method is something like this:
1. Start a bunch of projects. Like too many. So many that you know that most of them won't see the finish line, because it's just not humanly possible to finish the amount of projects at the scope you've plotted for them.
2. Force yourself to finish every single one.
I have this slight feeling creeping over me that these little bit of texts are slowly getting more rambley and unhinged week by week, as if I'm losing my mind. Looking at those two steps, I'd say that feeling makes sense.
